For retainer payment via credit card, request an invoice payable online. For all other payments: venmo @Tabitha-Flatt or cash/check drop off within three days (connect with photographer if you choose this method) Contract reflecting paid retainer will be sent to the email used for booking. Balance due at time of service or before
*In the event of a weather-related issue or Client emergency, the retainer will be applied to a session of equal value on another date. Cancellations by Client for any other reason will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. If the emergency is on the photographer's end, Client will have the option for a reschedule or refund.

Where applicable, gallery credits may only be applied to the purchase of additional downloads or physical prints from the TKFotography's online gallery via code given on contract

Single additional digital downloads with print release available for $25, or gallery upgrades for the cost the of the difference (discounts not applicable to additional single image or gallery upgrade purchases)

Discounts: Teachers, Military, and Repeat Clients receive 10% off regularly priced portrait packages (does not apply to weddings or mini-sessions or with any special offer unless otherwise indicated); every new paid* referral that mentions your name will earn you a $25 gallery credit applicable toward prints or downloads of images at your next standard session and the new client will receive a free image download ($25 value) to add to any standard package (*session must be paid to earn credit, credits expire in one year)
